How alerting works
Every alert from Larm has passed through multi-probe voting and a configurable confirmation window. By the time a notification reaches your Slack channel or PagerDuty, it's not a question of "is this real?" It's real.
Attach multiple channels to a single monitor — Slack for awareness, PagerDuty for on-call, email for the record. Set channels as defaults and they'll auto-attach to every new monitor you create. If a channel breaks (expired webhook, rotated API key), we mark it as broken in your dashboard so you know before the next outage.
